Sat. 19th Jan. A fundraising ceilidh at Ebbesbourne Wake Village Hall 7.30-10.30pm
All profits will go to the Renal Amenity Fund which supports the facilities used by patients, staff and visitors. The Renal Unit based at Portsmouth looks after 1,500 patients in the Wessex region and performs 70 kidney transplants a year.
£10 per person (under 16s £2) and this includes a ploughman’s supper. There will be a bar selling Real Ale, wine and soft drinks.

Sat. 30th March A fundraising ceilidh in a barn at Ashley Wood Farm, near Tisbury SP3 6PY
Great setting for a dance to support the Wooden Spoon charity which helps children facing disadvantage or disability through rugby. Fri. 21st June Filly Loo at Ashmore village (near Shaftesbury) around the pond.
This is a great free outdoor annual event, village fete with lots of stalls and community dancing in the street. There are also dance display teams, and the Green Man, plus the atmospheric Abbot Bromley’s Horn Dance at dusk surrounded by flaming torches, not to be missed if you have never been. 7.00pm stalls open, 7.30pm dancing starts.
