most weekends, but many of the bookings are private parties
or weddings and therefore not listed below.

13th March Irish Night at the Olive
Bowl in Gillingham (SP8 4PX), this has become a great
annual event, a ceilidh with an Irish supper included, very
popular so book early, ring 01747 822775 for details.

May Ceilidh to raise money for
Naomi House Hospice at Charlton Remembrance Hall, Ludwell,
near Shaftesbury. Ring 01747 853702 for more details.

23rd May A fund raising ceilidh for
Motcombe Memorial Hall, near Shaftesbury, the event is in
the hall. Ring 01747 851835 for details of tickets etc.

June Ceilidh with a supper at
Fontmell Village Hall, near Shaftesbury to raise money for
an extension to the Pre School in Fontmell. Ring
07855716056 for details.
Fri.
19th June Fillie Loo at Ashmore
around the village pond. This is a great annual celebration
of traditional dancing and community dancing in the road
around the pond as part of the village fete. The evening
ends with the atmospheric Abbot's Bromley Horn Dance at
dusk, not to be missed.

Ceilidh for Corfe Hill
School at Broadstone. This annual event raises funds to
take the sports teams to far flung countries like New
Zealand. We have a great time dancing and they also have a
great time going abroad.
